Our journey begins with a comprehensive consultation where we take the time to understand your business needs, product specifications, and expectations. We discuss your goals, preferred materials, design preferences, and any other specific requirements you might have. This initial step is crucial to ensure that our services are tailored to perfectly match your unique needs.

Once the offer is confirmed we will proceed with the manufacturing process.

The manufacturing time variants from each product and each factory.

Our Asia team will double check all details with the factory to make sure we didn’t miss anything. We will send the client the order confirmation with summary of order details.

At this stage the client needs to provide the logos, design, packing and all information needed to have a smooth start. Please within 2-3 working days

The client will need to pay 50 % deposit invoice to be able to start the sampling process and to allow the factory to purchase the raw material and or start with molding process (if needed).

Within 2-3 weeks, you will receive a PPS (Pre-Production Sample) from us by express, without additional cost.

Once you confirm the ops, we will start mass production and let you know the estimated delivery time.

During mass production, we will send the samples to the lab for testing, according to the right directive in your country.

Our team will do 2 × QC (quality control) during production and before shipment. Based on AQL 2 (average Quality Level) you will get pictures and videos from the factory. All included in the price.

After the the 2nd QC is passed and the goods are ready for shipment, we will send you the 50% balance invoice, which you will pay directly before shipment.

We will let you know the ETD/ETA ship booking and the estimated delivery time.
